Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all hair extensions are final sale once opened or used.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The tamper seal is intact

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is approved by our support team

Quality Issues

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Original packaging visible

Approved claims will be resolved via:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (case-by-case)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable
