We guarantee that you will love your hair! However, if you are not satisfied with the products, we provide exchanges and refunds for Untampered and unworn products up to 14 days after order has been delivered. Please reach out to Support@dollsandduchess.com for assistance.

All pre-made products that are marked “On Hand” are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Products that involve blonde processing, custom coloring, custom sizing, or specialty preparation, as well as any items not marked “On Hand,” are made to order. These items require additional processing time and will be processed and shipped within 7–12 business days.

Processing time begins once payment is confirmed. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
